This event aims to bring together Arab families in the city of Ottawa in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, to promote community communication and exchange of expertise and experiences between parents and caregivers of children and youth with special needs.

This event is an important opportunity for SMILE to listen to you and learn directly about your needs and challenges, so that we can provide support and services that match your reality and better meet your needs.

The meeting will include

- A family panel discussion that allows parents to express their experiences, share their ideas, and listen to each other in a safe and encouraging environment.

- A children's entertainment show: An interactive animal show, specially created for participating children.

- A delicious Breakfast

- A token gift from Smile Canada at the end of the event, in appreciation of your participation.

Respite care will be provided for the children during the event to enable parents to participate comfortably and efficiently.

Please note that there is only one registration form per family,

We ask you to ensure that when filling out the form, the number of adults and children participating is entered in the designated fields to ensure that the event is organised optimally.

يسرّ مؤسسة سمايل كندا دعوتكم لحضور فعالية مجتمعية خاصة تحت عنوان

"أهلاً أوتاوا: معًا كعائلة واحدة"

تهدف هذه الفعالية إلى جمع العائلات العربية في مدينة أوتاوا ضمن أجواء ترحيبية وداعمة، لتعزيز التواصل المجتمعي وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب بين الأهالي ومقدّمي الرعاية لأطفال وشباب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

كما تمثل هذه الفعالية فرصة مهمة لمؤسسة سمايل للاستماع لكم والتعرف بشكل مباشرعلى احتياجاتكم وتحدياتكم، حتى نتمكن من تقديم الدعم والخدمات التي تتناسب مع واقعكم وتلبي احتياجاتكم بشكل أفضل.

سيتضمن اللقاء:

- حلقة نقاش عائلية تتيح المجال للأهالي للتعبير عن تجاربهم ومشاركة أفكارهم، والاستماع إلى بعضهم البعض في بيئة آمنة ومُشجّعة.

- عرض ترفيهي للأطفال: عرض تفاعلي للحيوانات، يقدَّم خصيصًا للأطفال المشاركين.

- سنتشارك الفطور معاً.

- هدايا رمزية تُقدَّم من منظمة سمايل كندا في ختام الفعالية، تقديرًا لمشاركتكم.كما سيتم توفير خدمة رعاية مؤقتة (Respite Care) للأطفال خلال مدة الفعالية، لتمكين الأهل من المشاركة بشكل مريح وفعّال.

يرجى ملاحظة أن التسجيل يتم من خلال نموذج واحد فقط لكل عائلة،
وندعوكم إلى التأكد من إدخال عدد البالغين والأطفال المشاركين عند تعبئة النموذج، في الحقول المخصّصة لذلك، لضمان تنظيم الفعالية بالشكل الأمثل.
