Our next Mom's Group session will be on the topic of "Fitness and Nutrition: Building Healthy Habits for Ramadan and Beyond!" With Carly McEnaney, a Registered Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor! She is a mother of four athletic kids and has dedicated her life to fitness and healthy living in her community over the last 19 years. Health and Fitness have always been near and dear to Carly, and since embracing Islam, Carly has made every effort to make health and fitness more accessible, holistic and engaging for Muslim women. She aims to provide hands-on programs, encourage, guide, motivate, and inspire females of every age and ability to engage and take charge of their well being and achieve their set goals.
