SMILE is Hiring: Marketing Coordinator
SMILE Canada - Support Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage SMILE's communications including social media platforms, promotional materials, and ad-hoc promotion activities. With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we’re hiring a skilled marketing coordinator to design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Coordinator should be detail-oriented with a keen interest in amplifying the voice and brand of our organization across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
Duties:
Create communications materials that engage, inform and recognize donors
Plan and develop communications and donor campaigns
Designing promotional products (including posters, brochures, and web graphics) for SMILE Canada’s programs and events
Updating and developing educational and promotional materials for SMILE
Creating various advocacy campaigns about disabilities
Assist with the creation of e-newsletters and direct email marketing
Maintain, update, and enhance engagement with SMILE Canada’s website and social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. )
Provide general marketing & communications support to the SMILE Board of Directors, Programs Coordinator, and SMILE Volunteers, specifically SMILE Team Leads.
Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable in brainstorming and contributing creative concepts
Ability to design content for multiple platforms
Familiar with graphic design, video editing
Demonstrated project management experience
Research and analytical skills
An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics
Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
Clear copywriting and editing skills
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe, Premier Pro or its equivalent
