About the event
We are pleased to announce that we are launching a monthly dad’s support group. After years of successfully providing support to SMILE moms, we are extending our support to SMILE dads too! The group will address issues that many dads with children and youth with disabilities experience. We would like to provide them with a safe space to connect, social support through fellow dads, and resources to help them thrive. Join us on Thursday, August 13th, 2020 at 9 PM for a group with Adam Ghemraoui, M.A., for a dad's support group to discuss how to be present with your children and regulate emotions.
