Social Media and Me

With social media being an important part of how we communicate and connect, this workshop helps participants learn how to use it safely, responsibly, and with confidence. Through fun activities and interactive games, participants will explore the basics of content creation, learn how to stay safe online (including how to recognize AI generated content and misinformation), and discover how social media can be used to share their interests, support personal projects, promote a business, raise awareness for causes they care about, and connect with others in a safe way.
