About the event
SMILE's executive director Sukaina Dada has organized a walk for her Move4SMILE campaign that took place this summer in memory of her baby Aasiyah Haleema Khakoo. Help Sukaina meet her $10,000 goal by donating at smilecan.org/donate (Put Walk4SMILE in the notes). Join us on October 15th at 12 pm for the 10 K walk in Port Credit Mississauga. Please complete this form to RSVP by October 10th. Everyone is encouraged to wear their SMILE T-shirts, if they have one.

NOTE: In the event of bad weather conditions, this walk will relocate to Square One Shopping Centre (100 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 2C9) at entrance 8
